Repairs We repair all makes of Television, Video, Hi Fi, Microwave, Floor care, small domestic appliances. Estimates are Free when goods are bought to shop with the exception of televisions where we ask for a deposit of £10.00 Normally next day service, subject to parts. If you are unable to bring goods to us ,we can collect, please call us and we will confirm charges. All repairs have a 3 month warranty. Installation Service We offer a comprehensive Free local delivery, installation & set up service on all Television / Video products, sold by us. All packaging and old goods removed and disposed of. Local Delivery We will deliver any product localy over £100.00 free of charge, however on goods below this value we have to make a small charge to cover our cost’s. In Store Technical support On all purchases from us, we are happy to give free in store technical support. This enables customers, who may be unfamiliar with new products, to come and speak to someone who can talk them through the operational process. Alternatively advice can be given by telephone. Authorised Service Agents We are authorised Dealers and Service agents for the most popular Manufacturers ---- From Televisions to Vacuum cleaners. Insurance Reports Had an accident with your product? We can provide a written report for your insurer at a fixed fee. Warranty Repairs As an agent for Domestic & General Insurance, we can insure your product against breakdown and accept most items for repair. |
